The space The flat features a cozy Bedroom and a Couch convertible into a queen bed right next to a Fireplace. The beautiful kitchen is fully featured with modern Oven and induction stove. From the balcony you can get a nice view over the village of Vals. If you look closely, you may even see a gondola ascending to gadastatt and the ski slopes with unrivalled low pricing (only CHF 39.-/day). Other things to note Check-out until 09.00 only applies for Saturdays in High Season (School Holidays). Any other day, Check-out is allowed until 10.00. Smoking/Vaping: Allowed ONLY outside on the balcony. Otherwise restricted. Fireplace: You may freely use the fireplace with wood from the first wood-storage behind the house (accessible from the balcony). If you use the fireplace, please remove the ashes before check-out into the ash-bin on the balcony and clean the glass-doors with a wet papertowel (and a bit of ash, as ash acts as an abrasive cleaning agent).
