The space This six bedroom house comprises of a spacious and fully equipped kitchen complete with Aga, large fridge freezer and dishwasher, a separate large summer kitchen with conservatory- large sitting room with open fire and second sitting room offering a range of sofas and board games. Upstairs are 6 bedrooms comprising of both double and twin rooms with two bathrooms and a shower and toilet room. The Farm House also features a games room with a large table tennis and comfy sofas overlooking the outdoor Hot Tub. Outside you will find a large garden with outdoor furniture and tennis court. Please note the tennis court has shared use with the owners of the property. Parking is available for multiple cars. EV charging point at the property. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Entry is gained through a private gateway with a short driveway that leads to the property with parking available for multiple cars. Please note the owners have shared use of the tennis court. Other things to note The Farm House is located within walking distance to Holywell Bay beach and Polly Joke Beach. We are a short drive away from Newquay, Perranporth and St Agnes. We are perfectly situated to explore some of the South West Coast path and nearby attractions in Cornwall. Guests can enjoy access to Trevornick Holiday Park's facilities free of charge on select dates between May-September when the park is open including outdoor heated pool, sauna, spa, club house with free entertainment, outdoor play areas and more. The Farm House is located next to Holywell Bay Golf which is open 364 days a year (weather permitting) which offers a Par 3, Pitch and Putt and Mini Golf course.
