Ground floor bedroom with fridge and microwave

The room is on the ground floor of our house with independent entrance. Guests can park their car in the courtyard or in nearby parking lots if there are no more spaces in the courtyard. The house is close to shops, a direct bus stop to Bourges, the A71 motorway and St Florent sur Cher train station. Breakfast not included. I also rent a studio and a bedroom located upstairs. The space The bedroom has a bed for two, a storage unit, a wardrobe, a desk, two bedside tables and a bathroom with walk-in shower. Upon arrival the bed will be made and towels will be provided. Coffee and tea available in the room, as well as a kettle, a mini-fridge, a microwave, and dishes. A key box has been put in place to make it easier for you to check in. Everything was refurbished in 2024.
