Ground floor bedroom with fridge and microwave

The room is on the ground floor of our house with independent entrance. You can park your car in the courtyard or the nearby parking lot if there is no more space in the courtyard. The house is close to shops, a direct bus stop to Bourges, the A71 motorway and St Florent sur Cher train station. Breakfast not included. I also rent a studio and bedroom that are on the same landing upstairs. The space The bedroom has a double bed, storage cabinet, wardrobe, desk, two nightstands and a bathroom with walk-in shower. Upon arrival the bed will be made and towels will be provided. Coffee and tea are available in the room, as well as a kettle, mini fridge and microwave. A key box has been set up to facilitate your arrival. Everything was refurbished in 2024.
