Welcome book with recommendations in property. Licence No: FI-01825- The space Comprises of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (2 which are ensuite). Suitable for 8 adults & 2 children Bedrooms 4 & 5 are downstairs in property. Large family room with TV and toys. (Please tidy away on departure day?) Cosy snug with wood burner and TV. Open plan kitchen/diner (with kids table) Utility with washing machine and dryer. Quiet reading area on top landing with a selection of books. (swap system would be great). All linen and towels are in property Guest access Guests have access to the entire home during stay (entire house, garden and driveway) Other things to note Plase further kindly note: - BBQ available on request (otherwise locked away). Please leave as found (charges will incur) - Take any surplus rubbish away with you where possible. - No glass recycling at property, please take to nearest bottle bank (recycle centre behind Morrisons garage) - NO PARTIES ON PROPERTY (staying guests within reason, please be respectful of our neighbours) - Please be aware this is a no smoking/vaping property. However smoking/vaping will be permitted outside. - Please be mindful and respectful and remove any cigarette ends before departure. - Also please clear up and mess from dogs in garden. - Failure to adhere may incur costs
