The common area offers a hotel environment without paying hotel prices. Assigned underground parking, lobby area with front desk, concierge desk, meeting room. You have a gym and your direct access to the best beach. Other things to note THE POOL IS AT PRESENT CLOSED FOR REPAIRS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. You are renting a privately own unit in a condo/hotel complex. Host will tend to any problem in the unit within a reasonable length of time. Host/Owner is not responsible for any problems within the building, such as, elevators, pools, air conditioning or any due to utility companies (electric, water, cable, internet services).
