Newly constructed backyard hideaway for you to relax and enjoy. Our small guest house has a cozy comfortable feel, supplied with all the necessities of home. Located in a small peaceful neighborhood and hidden in the back corner of our lot, it has its own space, providing a small front deck and a nearby fire pit for use. Near a lake and located between 2 small towns, but just a short drive to a bit larger community. Come enjoy peace and quiet or choose to enjoy the outdoors. The space This gem is surrounded by trees, birds that sing and owls that hoot, giving it a rustic wooded, peaceful and secluded feeling. Created to be your home away from home. Guest access Parking is only allowed in front of a gate accessing the back yard. PLEASE watch for parking signs and do not park anywhere else. We have had anew septic system installed which does not allow for parts of the yard to be driven on. Walking path is available that leads to the front door, with a motion light and patio. Security lock provides easy access. Other things to note Just down the hill and around the corner you can enjoy the popular city lake. It provides seasonal activities like boating, fishing. Some possible year-round activities here, are hiking or biking through the Enchanted Forrest, and/or choose to play some frisbee golf. Siloam Spring has a kayak park, open only in the summer 8 miles away. NOTE; This is a seasonal activity. Please feel free to join in on Zumba classes or Line dancing. Both offered for free and weekly. While your stay, please see pictures of our firepit area. This area has a swing or chairs near a firepit, for use. Please let us know, if you will be interested in using it, there may be a fire ban, restricting its use.
