Caribbean Apartment in the CENTRE of Santa Marta!

Feel like home in this stylish apartment, located just a short 2-3 minutes walk to the center of Santa Marta with easy access to all the major hotspots of Santa Marta. This recently renovated apartment stands out by it's caribbean interior design. The apartments comes with 1 comfortable sofa, air-conditioner, microwave, washing machine, Smart TV, Netflix, refrigerator, one balcony and Free WiFi and much more. You have also access to the swimming pools at the roof top. The space This recently renovated apartment stands out through it's several stylish pieces of caribbean art and its modern furniture. It comes with a number of high quality appliances, that are not the typical short term rental standard. A practical electric stove, big and new(!) refrigerator and of course pans, pots and all kind of knives and cutlery will make your stay comfortable. Normally this is our personal space and that's what makes it so much more homely than most apartments on AirBnb. The bedroom has air conditions, in the living room you can enjoy the fresh caribbean breeze from the roof ventilators. Anyway, the air condition will cool down the whole apartment. The living room has 1 very comfortable sofa, a big new refrigerator and a very cozy and fresh atmosphere. The sleeping room has a new Television. The bedroom has access to a caribbean designed bathroom with a big nice shower. You can also use our qualitative washing machine. Everything has this caribbean concrete finish with some decent highlights and decoration. Also you'll find towels and shower gel and shampoo. The apartment is located on the 4th floor and can be reached by elevator or staircase. On the 6th floor you'll find the roof top with 2 small swimming pools and sunbeds, with a great view to the sea. Also right next to the building is a beautiful oasis-like café with great (colombian!) coffee, cakes and other delicious treats. They also serve breakfast there and have a beautiful garden atmosphere. The apartment is based 2-3 minutes walking from the center of Santa Marta, where you can enjoy a huge culinary offer and a big selection of bars and clubs. There is a big supermarket you can reach by 10 minutes walking where you will find everything you need for your stay and trips. This apartment is a great spot from where you can start all your trips. Just walk to near to the beach (5 minutes) and you will see a lot of agencies offering trips to the Tairona Beach or "Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta" ------------ - Regarding the check-in process, identification bracelets must be paid for at reception, which have a cost of $27,000 Colombian Pesos per person/per stay. - It is not allowed to enter persons that are NOT part of the reservation, unless it was agreed with us. - It is not allowed to enter guests without our permission. Every guest has to be announced upfront. Guest have to pay a daily fee of 27.000 colombian pesos and cannot stay overnight. - We strictly forbid any kind of prostitution visits. It's a place where families, tourists and travel groups want to enjoy a relaxed and high standard environment. - It is not allowed to enter underage persons dedicated to child prostitution! It is a severely punished crime in Colombia and gives immediate expulsion from our apartment. Guest access All the space is yours! Apart from the apartment, you have access to the roof top with 2 swimming pools. Other things to note Please have in mind that I cannot personally receive your in my little paradise :-) Therefore your will be received my a person who is in strong contact with me.
