Pettits Cottage has recently undergone extensive renovation and is now a delightful cosy one bedroom property. It has great character with original features and beams. The kitchen is modern and there is an open plan sitting / dining area. Outside there is a small enclosed courtyard perfect for that morning coffee. The cottage is well located in the heart of the village with a pub within 30 meters! Linton offers various amenities including a coffee shop, bakery and a Co-op. The space Pettits Cottage is small but perfectly formed! The cottage has a new modern kitchen which is fully equipped with an oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. The dining room area has a dining table that will seat at least 6 people and the sitting area is a cosy area for watching TV, with a sofa and armchair. Upstairs the bedroom is spacious with a king size bed with a high quality mattress, with crisp cotton sheets. There is a walk in wardrobe with a set of drawers and hanging space. Other things to note Please be aware that as it is an old property the stairs are relatively steep and the ceilings particularly downstairs are low. The sofa in the sitting room is a double sofa bed and for an extra cost bed linen can be provided for extra guests.
