The ground floor is the living room that includes the kitchen, making a spacious and beautiful space and a sofa bed can be placed to accommodate a third person. It has a 32"flat-screen LED TV with video cable, and high-speed WiFi. It has a cold-heat air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, electric turkey or jug, microwave, refrigerator and everything you need: crockery, cooking utensils etc . The bedroom on the upper floor is carpeted and has 1 double bed as shown in the photos. It has a large closet, 32"LED TV with video cable, high speed WiFi network and cold-heat air conditioning. The apartment is on the 1st floor by stairs. Guest access Guests will have access to the house's terrace on the 3rd floor by staircase which has a washing pool and clothes hanging clothesline. Other things to note The apartment is ideal for small groups of up to 4 young people as they enjoy its loft style on two floors. The maximum period of stay is 100 days but may be extended. It is NOT RENTED AS PERMANENT HOUSING.
