Welcome to Suan's House, a very peaceful and elegant apartment. If you work remotely we have the ideal apartment for you. A few minutes from the airport in a one-story building with two apartments, all newly built. Impeccable Wi-Fi, elegant, central, quiet… Two bedrooms and living room with sofa bed. Near the caves of Guayadeque, the peculiar town of Agüimes, the beaches of Arinaga, el burrero beach and el Barranco de las Vacas... a luxury to work in! Also ideal for families! The space This apartment is on a second floor, it has two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed , the second room has two single beds. It then has a bathroom, an equipped spacious kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed with space for two people, a tv and a dinning table that can also be used to work. The building only has 2 apartments which makes it very secure. On the third floor you will find a big terrace with views to the mountains and the sea, there is also a washing machines to do your laundry. The building has been recently built, on 2024. It is also very near to the airport. Guest access The whole apartment is for the clients to use and the terrace upstairs as well. Other things to note The windows are completely soundproof, featuring air chambers to block noise. This building was recently constructed in 2024, and the apartment is on the second floor, with only one other apartment in the building. There is no elevator in the building. Ideal for families. We offer complimentary welcome amenities such as wine, beer, fruit, milk, and toys for children’s entertainment. We also provide bath towels and beach towels with a sun umbrella.
