Feel free to use them during your stay. * Water purifier : We installed a Kent water purifier to ensure safe and clean drinking water for our guests. * Internet : Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The network name and password are provided in the house. * Entertainment : OTT (YouTube, Prime video, Jio cinema, Hotstar) streaming services available on the android TV. * Parking : Ample private parking space for your vehicles. * CCTV surveillance * Power back up : In case of power cut, we have an inverter backup that can power 4 fans and lights for up to 4 hours. Other things to note • Illegal activities are strictly prohibited on the premises. • Government-approved photo ID of all staying guests is required at check-in. IDs may be shared digitally prior to arrival. • Daily housekeeping is provided between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Guests are requested to wash their own dishes. • No events, parties, gatherings, or additional guests are allowed without prior approval. Loud music and decorations are not permitted. • UPS/Inverter power backup (up to 4 hours) is available during power cuts and supports lights, fans, and internet only. Kitchen appliances, AC, and mixer/grinder are not supported. • Please switch off lights and fans when not in use. • At checkout, guests must return the room keys and dispose of all garbage in the designated dustbins. • The booking price covers only the number of guests confirmed at the time of booking. • Any additional overnight guest will be charged INR 1,000 per person per night. • Unregistered guests or visitors are not permitted. • Pets are allowed only with prior approval. • If approved, a pet cleaning fee of INR 1,000 per stay will apply to cover additional cleaning and sanitation. • Guests are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning caused by pets, which will be charged at actuals via Airbnb’s Resolution Center. • Guests are expected to leave the space in a reasonable and tidy condition. • If excessive cleaning is required beyond standard turnover cleaning, an additional cleaning fee starting from INR 1,500 may apply. • Loss of keys or damage to locks will incur replacement charges: – Key replacement: INR 500 – Lock replacement (if required): At actual cost • Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability and prior approval. • If approved, early check-in will be charged at INR 500 per hour. • If approved, late checkout will be charged at INR 500 per hour. • Unauthorised late checkout may result in additional charges via Airbnb’s Resolution Center. • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. • If smoking occurs indoors, an additional deep-cleaning and deodorization fee of INR 2,000 per day will be charged to cover cleaning and odor removal costs. • Any additional charges, if applicable, will be processed only through Airbnb’s Resolution Center in accordance with Airbnb policies.
