Two entrances: 1st street above the "Howl" or backside parking (22 steps up both sides!) One large master bedroom. The second sleep area is altered to serve as an entertainment area (large TV, DVD) where there is a gas stove, queen sleeper in the couch, a daybed and a separate bathroom which sports a refrigerator and microwave. The two bedroom areas are separated by door and hallway. There is a second small tv sitting area near the kitchen (living space) with a view of S Mountain. Children and dogs welcome. You may store bikes and boats in the backyard storage sheds. we provide 5 bikes, some helmets, and river rafts/tubes. The River Respite is one block from Riverside park and directly views "S" Mountain. Artists fill the galleries while antique shops are plentiful. There are more bike stores than you can believe. Bike trails surround the town. Monarch Mountain is 25 minutes away for backcountry and downhill skiing. The famous Arkansas river is a fishing paradise with guides available in town. Year-round activities! Park at River Respite and walk or bike the town. Find the river trail one block from us. Try hiking the Rainbow trail or bike on S mountain. Maps and guides at bike and fishing shops on our street! Smoking ONLY outside. Please dispose of butts in can provided. Please note the second bedroom is also a TV/entertainment room - there is also a small tv sitting area in back near the kitchen. The TV in 2nd bedroom/entertainment area is Amazon stick.
