It has private covered parking (last basement, Park # 23). The space It is a 37m² studio apartment, located in a closed complex with 24/7 security. It has a kitchen, clothing area (washing machine), living room and kitchen bar with 2 bar chairs (there is no dining room). In the living room there is a sofa bed for 1 person and a desk equipped for comfortable home office. In the room there is a double bed, view of the pool, walking closet and bathroom. The apartment has the bedroom separated from the living room by a wall, it has no doors, it is a unique space but it is not a loft, as you can see in the photos. We will be happy to answer any additional questions about the space :) Guest access The apartment is totally private. It has a digital lock, once the reservation is made we will confirm the password with which you will access the day of your entry. You can access the pool and the Jacuzzi, the BBQ (for an additional cost), as well as a beautiful green area within the closed complex. Other things to note To enter the apartment, you will arrive at the goal and by that time the guards will have your information. You just tell them that you are going to the apartment that we will inform you of once the reservation is confirmed and you can continue, they do not have to give you keys because the apartment has a digital lock.
