The space Welcome to Linning’s House, a charming farm stay on Twigley Farm, perfect for a relaxing countryside retreat. This inviting three-bedroom home accommodates up to six guests and offers a cozy, eclectic style infused with classic European touches. In the master bedroom, known as The Marigold, you’ll find a king bed, a private ensuite, and a luxurious dressing room with a striking black claw-foot bath. The Wren and The Artist, the other two bedrooms, each have queen beds, boutique styling, and luxury linens for cloud-like comfort. All rooms feature private French doors to the verandah, inviting you to step out and enjoy the surrounding views. The living room boasts an intricate pressed metal ceiling, a pot belly fireplace, and English-inspired decor for a warm, intimate ambience. With rustic styling, the open-plan kitchen and dining area flow effortlessly onto a spacious deck through French doors. Here, you’ll find a lounge and dining area beneath a jasmine vine-covered verandah with serene views of an ancient fig tree and rolling green pastures. For ultimate relaxation, stroll down to your private fire pit and patio, featuring an outdoor dining area and lounge seating. Linning’s House offers everything you need for a tranquil, all-inclusive stay in the heart of the countryside. Guest access Linning's House & its yard is all yours, and the space around it is shared by our family and farm animals. Sometimes the area around is very quiet, and sometimes a tractor may be in the paddock or our horses are grazing nearby. Wander up the driveway and down the grass path to the dam which is a great spot for a morning coffee or a sunset wine. You will see some farm animals (horses, mini ponies, mini goats & geese) along the way, if you would like to feed them just let us know and we'll introduce you! Other things to note Please Note: - Pets are not permitted. - Candles are not permitted inside or outside Linning’s House. If you are visiting with children, please supervise them at all times. (There are delicate furnishings, unfenced dams, and farm animals on the property.) Photoshoots, Additional Guests, Wedding Preparation If you would like to use Linning’s House or any part of Twigley Farm for a professional or personal photoshoot, please arrange this with us before booking. A photoshoot fee will apply. If you are using Linning’s House for wedding preparation and would like your makeup artist (MUA), photographer, or other visitors to attend, please arrange this with us before booking. A visitor fee will apply. If you would like to invite guests during your stay (for example, for a dinner or afternoon gathering), please arrange this with us before booking. A guest day fee will apply.
