Frans Farm with fire pit & huge outdoor patio

Frans farm is minutes from I-57. Shopping and restaurants are about 10 miles away. Property is in a rural area surrounded by farmland. With a spacious yard and patio. Xbox 360 with several games and board games. Whether you have to work in the area or need a place to stay while visiting with family or friends, Frans farm has you covered. Lots of parking available for groups with work trucks, trailers or multiple vehicles. There is a workspace with a desk and printer and strong reliable WiFi. 🚜 The space Fran’s farm is located in Boyd Illinois. The farm is surrounded by farmland but has no farm animals. Please include correct number of guests . All guests must join the reservation to be covered under air cover and insurance. Unauthorized guests will be asked to leave immediately. No third party booking. After 3 guests there is a $25 charge for extra wear and tear on the house and cleaning that will need to be done. There are no pets allowed in the house. If pets are found indoor or evidence of a pet is found, there will be a minimum $200 fee or possibly more depending upon damages added after checkout. Thanks for understanding as some guests are allergic. No smoking on the property. If evidence is found and extra cleaning is required, there will be a significant charge and will be added to your stay. Host has severe asthma so no smoking is allowed on property. We would have to bring a special cleaning crew in to do additional cleaning like Servpro. Who deals with that type of cleaning. This house is not handicapped accessible. There is a step up onto the patio and into the house. No firearms, ammunition or fireworks allowed on property. Service animal policy It is our pleasure to accept your group and your service animal. Please answer the following questions legally allowed by the ADA regarding your service animal. 1. Is the service animal required because of a disability? 2. What work or task has the service animal been trained to perform? We do not charge extra for a service animal, nor do we increase the security deposit. Guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by people or the service animal. Animal is under no circumstances allowed on furniture. Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal or other effective controls. The animal must be under control by the handler at all times therefore never left alone at any time. If we discover a guest has misrepresented a pet as a service animal, we reserve the right to seek financial restitution, report fraudulent claims to government authorities and to evict the guest(s) without further notice. In the latter case, there will be no right to a refund for unused rent." Guest access Entire house, yard and large driveway. Please don’t park or drive through the yard. You may park out front by the mailbox, by shed or by red barn.. just to name a few spots. Key pad lockbox for contactless checking in/out. Please leave key in lock box if other guests will need to use it after unlocking and locking door. If you need assistance with using the lockbox let us know. You may see owner or property manager access the garage, if needed. No access to garage, shed or red barn is permitted by guests. Please do not block white garage door. Other things to note Landscapers come bi-weekly so they might show up within the days you are staying to mow, use weed eater and blow off sidewalks/patio. Please don’t leave door open without screen closed. Or food out to attract rodents or bugs. Pest control comes once a month. Please report any pest or bug issues to us so we can relay any issues to the pest control team. Not responsible for left or lost items. If something is left at the property it may be removed by cleaning crew. If a guest reaches out to retrieve an item to be returned to them there will be at least a $50 fee to return + postage. Paid upfront through the app before the return is made. Do not tamper or disconnect the wifi. Do not cover doorbell cameras. If disconnect happens or doorbell cameras are tampered with an automatic eviction and no refund will occur. These protocols are in place to keep the security cameras in working order for your protection and safety.
