This cozy, two-bedroom guesthouse offers the perfect escape, featuring 1.5 bathrooms, built in bar, firepit and everything you need for a memorable stay. Perched atop a scenic hill, you’ll enjoy panoramic views and the feeling of being on top of the world. 1 mile from Lake St George State Park. Snowmobiling your thing? Hop on ITS 83 nearby that runs from Liberty to Madawaska and enjoy a day on the trails! The space Open concept living, dining, bar area is ready for you to relax with a book, watch the game or play a game of darts. Incredible sunset views are seen from the firepit area. A springless king sized sofa bed adds additional sleeping space for larger crowds. Both bedrooms are outfitted with pillowtop queen beds, lush linens and twin bunks for expanded sleeping. Celebrations are welcome! Hop on ITS 83 from our backyard and ride the trails all the way to Madawaska! 1mi from Lake St George State Park which offers swimming, boating, fishing during the summer and ice fishing during the winter! Guest access Guests have access to the guest house, the garage is off limits.
