You're booking on this home helps support that as we entirely use money made from these Airbnbs to fund this mission Refresh cleans can be completed during your stay for $150 There are many taco trucks within a few blocks from the house. My personal favorite is the big red one. They have amazing food! Also many local restaurants very near by with a great selection. To start the hot tub, back by the RV just turn the valve red to red, then a few steps to your right is the heater. Press the spa on button and it will heat up in about 20 minutes. Please make sure you turn the heater off and put the valve blue to blue when you are finished so that the chlorine generator continues keeping the water clean and clear. We ask for $100 too heat the entire pool daily as it uses a ton of gas to heat that much water but the hot tub is free to enjoy :) I don't allow loud, late night parties as this is a family neighborhood. Disclaimer: by booking this property you hereby agree that the pool and spa are use at your own risk including everyone in your group and that the host or hosts business will not be held liable for any pool or spa related accidents. It is advised that anyone in or near the pool or spa wear a life safety floatation device and that all children have supervision at all times. I have to add this to protect myself but absolutely have a great time!! Also the 6 foot deep pool is cleaned and treated weekly to ensure it stays clean, clear, and safe. This will not prevent a gust of wind from blowing leaves into the pool during your stay. The filters are always running but may take a few hours to pull all the debris out. Especially if the wind persists. A net is left near the pool that can be used to remove any debris if needed. There is also the possibility because this is a warm humid environment and insects are everywhere in Houston that if the door to the house is left open for any length of time a moth or wasp or some other insect might enter the home. The entire house is treated with ortho and has no issues with pests but there is always a possibility that you'll find something that has gotten in as the door was opened. The camper separated by the privacy fence is once in a while used as a separate Airbnb unit. The house is completely yours. Early check-in is available for $20 per hour early depending on the condition of the home prior and how long it will take to clean • No music outdoors (other than phone speakers) • Quiet hours start at 9pm • No confetti • No bleach or dye products. (They cause stains) • 5 vehicles max (some exceptions) • No popping balloons or fireworks in the back yard • Pool is closed at 11pm. Unless you can keep it completely silent back there. • No hanging out in the front yard • Please only have as many people as you booked for in the home unless you let us know before hand so that we know what to expect for our cleaners • These rules were put in place because of some very disrespectful guests. Keeping the neighbors happy is priority :) Have a great time! For checkouts 15 minutes late or later we ask for $100 late checkout fee.
