Perfect for couples, families, or solo travelers, our comfortable space offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway. 🏡 About the Home Please note: This is a two-story home; however, the upper level is currently closed off. The staircase leads to an inaccessible area, so please use caution and watch your step. 🛏 Bedrooms One cozy bedroom with a queen-size bed and a daybed—both made up with fresh linens for your comfort. 🛁 Bathroom One full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, stocked with toiletries, towels, and all the essentials. 🛋 Living Area Unwind in the inviting living room with high ceilings, a comfy sofa bed, a TV, and an electric fireplace to set the mood. 🍳 Kitchen A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, including a gas stove, microwave, and coffee maker—perfect for preparing your favorite meals. 🌿 Outdoor Space Enjoy the spacious porch with a BBQ pit—ideal for outdoor cooking and relaxing in the fresh air. ⚠️ Important Notes The stairs inside the home lead to a closed-off area. Please be cautious when near them. The property is located next to an animal wildlife refuge—be mindful of your surroundings, especially when outdoors. Guest access On the day of check-in, you will receive an email containing your access code. This email will include: The property address The door code House instructions and rules Other things to note IS THE PROPERTY FREE OF BUGS? You may occasionally see bugs both inside and outside the property. We have regular professional pest control, but since we are in a rural area, bugs are part of the natural environment. Please note: We do not offer refunds for bug sightings. ARE PETS ALLOWED? Service dogs are welcome, and we do love furry friends! However, please follow these guidelines: :Pets must be supervised at all times. :Pets must be kept on a leash when outdoors. :Please clean up after your pet. :Pets are not allowed on beds or couches—any visible pet hair on furniture may result in an extra cleaning fee. Note: You may occasionally see stray dogs or cats on the property. WHAT DO WE DO WITH THE TRASH? Please place all trash in the red dumpster located on the property. :Make sure dumpster lids are closed tightly at all times. :Do not leave trash unattended—it will attract stray animals such as cats and dogs. HOW MANY PARKING SPACES ARE AVAILABLE? There is parking available for up to 3 cars.
