At our APPLEHOUSE home, you'll have simple, homely accommodations, but with security. We have an electric fence, electronic gates and a large leisure area, with a swimming pool that has a waterfall and whirlpool. We also have an outdoor fireplace with a sofa and a place to put ice and drinks. For your safety, we have a 10,000-liter cistern. Note: Electricity is charged separately. Measured at the entrance of your stay, amount charged R$1.50 per klw. The bathtub in the en-suite bedroom is disconnected. The space Residential house built on 450 square meters, based on a project by architect Alberto Magno de Vasconcelos Cavalcanti, who - taking advantage of the unevenness of the terrain, in an interesting reading and in balance with nature - allowed the creation of environments, distributed in three floors, which harmonize and complement each other. The house is identified by large numbers, about one meter each, surmounting the social and garage gates, each with its own electronic lock, giving access to the environments of the lower floor, namely: garage for 3 sedan vehicles, with or without cover; male and female toilets, with integrated shower; pump house (swimming pool, whirlpool and waterfall) and two access stairs to the first floor. In the external to this floor (upper), there is the swimming pool (with whirlpool and waterfall), a supporting shower, a comfortable deck covered with Itacolomy do Norte stones. We also have a beautiful fireplace with cement sofas and a place for ice and drinks. In this space, we have hanging planters, a solarium, with a door to the bar, surrounded by planters on the wall and a sofa, with a staircase to the side of the house, a large terrace (with sideboard and three supports for hammocks), facing the pool and garden. From the terrace, we have the main access door (the others are the solarium to the bar, and the side of the house to the kitchen). From the terrace, you reach the large living room, overlooking the pool and garden, with its front part, which separates it from the terrace, all of tempered glass, set in ipe frames, in addition to having: cable TV; modem with 160meg Wi-Fi internet. Next, we have the master2 suite, consisting of a bedroom, a closet with a mirror, a 12,000-Btus split air-conditioner, and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi (working perfectly), a garden (natural plants), 4 windows on each side, a Ubatuba green granite countertop, topped by a large dressing room mirror, with a hairdryer for your needs. External Services: In addition, the property has a good service area with a sink available and clotheslines.
