Beautiful, peaceful and spacious private basement available in our beautiful home. The house is centrally located in the suburb of Washington DC and about 11 miles from Dulles International Airport and 8 miles to the Ashburn Metro. The Basement offers a large King Bedroom and walk in Closet. The Bedroom comes with attached bathroom with a soaking tub. The Basement also comes with an extra large living room and a modular built in kitchen with microwave and refrigerator along with exercise area. The space The Basement offers a large King Bedroom and walk in Closet.The Bedroom comes with attached bathroom with a soaking tub. There is an extra large living room along with a microwave and coffee maker in the basement for your use along with a shared refrigerator. Fresh Linens and towels will be provided for the duration of your stay. There is no sink or dishwasher for clean up but if you want you can leave any dirty dishes on the table and will be replaced with clean ones once a day. There is also an exercise area with a treadmill and some weights and bench available for the guest to use. The basement has plenty of room for kids to play around and also a foldable ping pong table for the kids and adults to have some fun with. Not to forget the great backyard views this basement offers with some great sunrise and plenty of room for kids to run and play. Guest access The Basement is part of single family house located in Ashburn, VA with the owners staying upstairs. You will have full privacy in the basement bedroom and bathrooms but at times the owners will have to access the basement storage areas. During your stay The host use the upper floors of the house and can always be reached via the Airbnb messaging service.
