STELIE COTTAGE Our accommodation, named Stelie, is a lovely renovated family home where new and old coexist harmoniously, built on a large plot in the Normandy countryside. This renovation has been designed to offer a soft and serene atmosphere, comfortable and family-friendly, it is fully equipped. It is close to many tourist sites and amenities: 5 km from Luneray, 10 km from Bacqueville-en-Caux and located 15 minutes from the nearest beach, Veules-les-Roses. The space A place to recharge your batteries The house is located in the village of Tocqueville-en-caux, Cauchois village, with views of the Normandy countryside. The house allows self check-in thanks to a secure lock with code, you can park your vehicles for free in front of the house. The house on two levels offers 145m² of living space, it is bright, facing southeast. The accommodation has electric shutters and is heated by connected electric convectors. It is composed like this: On the elevated ground floor, a welcoming space: *Entry, a welcome booklet awaits you for accuracy; *Equipped kitchen 8m² with natural nuances: ceramic hob, microwave, oven, refrigerator with freezer space, Nespresso coffee machine (possibility of filter coffee machine), toaster, dishwasher, kettle, range hood, small appliances, cooking utensils, a few welcome products (dishwasher, handwasher, salt, pepper, sugar... *Living room 25m²: living room side you have a sofa, pouf, connected TV, Netflix; living room side: decorative fireplace, dining table, 8 chairs, a bridge, dishwasher. *Balcony: Access to the balcony can be through the front door or through the living room where you can enjoy your meals thanks to the outdoor tables and chairs. *Bathroom 5m² with wc: bathtub, sink, hooks, laundry basket, wc, hair dryer, blowing towel dryer for added comfort. *Two bedrooms of 10m² each: they each have a bed of 160x200, bedside tables, mobile light point (3 intensities, rechargeable USB plug) of a dresser, a suitcase rack, skateboard with belts. * So 70's storage room: maintenance equipment, and small appliances: plancha, raclette machine, blender... The stairs down with its wooden steps and pretty messages make us discover the garden level, a relaxing space, the clearance serves: *The laundry room where dryer and washing machine will delight more than one; * Staircase storage with baby essentials (high chair, 2 cribs max 18 months, booster, bed gate), *a 10m² bathroom with wc: Italian shower with thermostatic faucet, vanity with storage (hair dryer), bright mirror (hot/cold 3 intensities) with anti-fog, blowing towel dryer, hooks,... *two bedrooms of 13 and 14m²: they each offer a cozy bed of 160x200, a chest of drawers, bedside tables, bright point on each side of the bed, luggage bench, natural light per window and blackout blind. *Relaxation area of 13m²: bridge for the reading area, foosball, safe with board games, sitting bean *A balcony terrace. **The enclosed and wooded garden, flowered differently each season, the hydrangeas are kings, a walnut sits behind the house, a swing is installed there. On the south side, a bench awaits you to contemplate the garden, its roses, and aromatic herbs. A storage shed provides access to the garden furniture. Also at your disposal - Vacuum cleaner, - Clothes hanger - ironing board, - Iron -WIFI Water and electricity is included in the rental. For your safety, two smoke alarms are installed.
