The Lookout is a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home with an absolute beachfront position, untethered from the bustle of everyday life. Cradled in the dunes with gun barrel views to the North and South of the magnificent Praia da Rocha beaches. This is a playground for surfing, fishing, diving, whale watching and more. If tranquility, seclusion and complete relaxation is what you're after, with attentive staff to make sure your stay is just about perfect, then immerse yourself in the luxury of our home. The space The property is situated in a secure estate called Praia Da Rocha. The main house contains the living areas, a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a family bedroom and a separate family bathroom and a 3rd bedroom with a double bed. The cottage contains two bedrooms, both en-suite. The main house and cottage are on the same level joined by wrap around deck. The living area consists of an open plan kitchen and a living room with an additional dining table. Outside there is a covered front deck, a covered gas barbeque and dining area with a large table capable of seating 12 people and the pool. There are decks outside all the rooms and a private sundeck for the cottage. All bedrooms have individual air-conditioning units. The main living area is made up of a fully equipped open plan kitchen with an adjoining scullery area. The kitchen and scullery have a chest freezer, two full length upright fridges, a Bosch oven, gas and electric hob and a microwave.
