Room II on Ockee's Upper Floor

Welcome to this spacious, unique accommodation with beautiful decor from when the house was built in 1978 until today. The room is located on the upper floor of the house with its own entrance. The house is located on the outskirts of Ängelholm in a quiet and familiar area with proximity to the beach, sea, forest and city center. The accommodation has been refreshed in 2022 and has all the conditions for a comfortable stay. There is public transport/bus just a couple of hundred meters away and parking just outside the house. The space The accommodation, which is located on the outskirts of southern Ängelholm, is close to the forest, sea, beach, grocery store and central Ängelholm. In addition, it is a perfect starting point for a visit to Catena Arena when Rögle plays their home games. Also, excursions to Kullaberg, Höganäs, Denmark, Hallands Väderö, Ven, Båstad, Torekov, Väla Centrum, which is one of Sweden's largest shopping centers, and Söderåsen National Park are only 35 minutes away by car. Guest access You have your own entrance to the upper floor and a private bedroom with a lock. Other areas on the upper floor are common (can be shared with other guests and host) and have a spacious open floor plan consisting of a large living room, kitchenette equipped with stove and carbon filter fan, fridge/freezer, bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. The room is intended for one person. Somewhat sensitive as we ourselves live on the ground floor. During your stay We live in the house ourselves, on the lower floor. Guests are more than welcome to ask questions. Other things to note Towels and sheets are included. The entire accommodation is non-smoking, also applies outdoors on the property.
