Nestled in the heart of a small village in Beauce, we offer 1 nice spacious room. 30 m2 shared between a bedroom and a living room. 20 min from Chartres, 45 min from Orleans and 1 hour 15 minutes from Paris. The rooms are independent of the rest of the house, refurbished in 2024 in a style mixing vintage and modern. The rooms are located within La Prasvillerie, a restaurant, pastry shop, and flea market full of charms. Breakfast and lunch are served Wednesday through Saturday. The space 30 m2 including a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed 120/180 (2 children of 35 kg max), a shower room and toilet. Guest access Access is via the terrace of La Prasvillerie and then through a door reserved for the rooms for total independence.
