Hot Tub Availability: Our hot tub is accessible year-round, providing a relaxing experience regardless of the season. During the summer, the water temperature is comfortably set between 80-90°F for your enjoyment. Security Camera: For your safety and the security of the property, a Ring doorbell camera is installed solely at the front entrance of the home. This camera only monitors the exterior of the property. Number of Guests: Per current City regulations, this home can accommodate up to 8 adults for overnight stays. All bunk beds are designated for children up to 12 years old only. Strict no smoke/no parties policy. Any violation will terminate your reservation and make you financial responsible of damage or loss.
