Moments away from the center of town, Caroga lake state park, Sherman’s Park &Caroga Arts Collective, Seasonal Rodeo, Royal Mountain and Nick Stoner Golf Course. The space Inside: Full size living room with smart Tv 📺, propane fireplace and ceiling fan. A large kitchen fully equipped with oven, stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, and kuerig (coffee,tea, and hot cocoa supplied). Bedroom 1 - Queen Size (all linens supplied), dresser, smart TV, reading light, ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 - Loft style - 2 Trundle beds (4 total twin beds), small dressers, smart TV, fans, clothing drying rack. Bathroom - Toilet, tub, shower, sink with basic toiletries included. Outside: Deck with a grill, table and chairs Fire pit in both the front yard and back yard 💦 As with most lake homes, our home uses well water. Sometimes there may be a mild sulfur scent. This is very typical of lake homes, safe and natural! Please don’t leave the sinks, or shower water running for extended periods of time. The lake is a 5 minute drive from the cabin, located at 3043 State Highway 29A, Caroga Lake, NY 12078—Caroga Lake state park - beach swimming area- seasonal. Guest access As a guest in our home, you have access to the entire home minus the exterior buildings. Other things to note There is a burn ban (no fires of any kind) mid March through Mid May 🛑 We take safety very seriously-drive slowly and carefully through our beautiful neighborhood, follow all posted speed limit signs 🛑
