Yellow Rustic Cottage

Our space is suitable for 2 adults + 2 children. We do not accept more than 2 adults in the listing. Rustic chalets hand-built in adobe (clay), are wide, fresh and charming, feature queen double bed (or two single beds), minibar, split, ceiling fan, clothesline (externally installed on the side of the bedroom) and private bathroom with glass box. Our bedding is 100% cotton percale and 300 yarns. We wash the bed linen and towels with hot water. The space ⭐️ Our Property consists of 3 rustic cottages and 2 suites with balcony. ⭐️In the shared kitchen you will find everything necessary to prepare and make meals: refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, fan, coffeemaker, barbecue, filter, tables, chairs, pots, crockery, glasses (including for wine and sparkling wine), cutlery, thermos bottle, etc. We leave coffee and sugar powder to make your breakfast easier. In ⭐️the shared common use space you can enjoy wi-fi, redário, board and card games, books, pool table and fireplace. ⭐️ Comfort with iron and iron and hairdryer, which are available in the living area. ⭐️ Our land is all surrounded by walls, there is no danger of children or animals going out on the street without being noticed. ⭐️ Lots of shade and abundant wind leave the environment always cool, regardless of the time of year. ⭐️ Wi-fi available in the coexistence area. ⭐️ TV available in the living area. It is not allowed to wash cars on site. ⭐️ In a light 10 minute hike you will arrive at Praça da Vila. ⭐️ Doceria serving breakfast and marmitex at 100m and grocery at 300m. Guest access The access to the property is made in the form of self-service, from safes installed next to the entrance gate, whose password is passed on the day of entry by message application. Guests have access to the chosen room and the shared common use area. During your stay Host doesn't live there. The contact is via messaging app. Eventually you may be on the property. There is usually no contact with your host or employees. Other things to note The property has 3 independent rustic cottages (Yellow, Blue and Red) and 2 suites (Orange and Green). It is located in a very green area and next to the Itaúnas State Park. Dining can be prepared in the shared kitchen, which has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, fan, blender, glasses (including wine and sparkling wine), crockery, cutlery and pots, as well as a barbecue. Recreation is on account of pool, books, board games and cards. Fireplace for chatting nights. Various nets for that quiet rest.
