The 2 rooms are in a shared home. No heater. 1 queen bed & 1 full bed. Shared bathroom with me and other guests. Limited kitchen acces(microwave & refrigerator only) NO cooking allowed. No smoking, no vape, no drugs- if you get caught smoking/vaping inside. I will cancel your reservation with no refund and $200+ smoking fee. Basically, this is a room for visiting/vacation and mostly to sleep at nights. No candles allowed. No moving of furniture. Laundry available (additional fees) The space Is just a room to sleep at night. If you are looking for a place to live in. The room might not be a good fit for you.
