House by Klarälven – close to Branäs and Långberget

Welcome to our cozy and fresh house. Newly renovated finishes in 2024 in a large part of the home. New beds, mattresses, duvets, pillows, etc. Branäs ski resort 7 km, Långberget cross-country skiing 12 km, Trysil ski resort 90 km, bathhouse 500 m. Fishing, scooter, biking, skating, hiking. The house is located 20 meters from Klarälven, perfect if you want to fish. Down by the river we have a nice private barbecue area (only for your tenants). Firewood to burn is included! If you're lucky, you'll see the moose, they're often visiting 🫎 The space Free Wi-Fi (fiber 250/250) and 55” smart TV with streaming services. The house is renovated in 2024 and contains a bright and airy living room with a fireplace and dining area. If you intend to use the property when skiing, there is a room intended for storing ski equipment. There are also drying cabinets and shoe dryer. Spacious kitchen with most things needed for a comfortable stay, such as dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc. Two bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet and a separate shower room. Outdoors, there is a terrace with outdoor furniture and a private barbecue area right next to the Klarälven river. Bedroom 1: Bunk bed 90cm Double bed 160cm Duvets 4 x 150x200 Bedroom 2: Bunk bed 90cm Double bed 140cm Duvets 4 x 150x200 Duvets and pillows are available, but bedding and towels are NOT included and need to be brought by you as a guest. Cleaning is mandatory after your stay. You need to clean the entire home yourself before leaving the house. Activities: Branäs ski resort 7 km, langberget 12km, Trysil ski resort 90km. nice hiking, snowmobiling and bike trails. 600m to swimming pool, gym, relaxation area and ice skating rink. Several good fishing waters. 500 meters to fishing camp with canoe rental, mini golf and playground. Known Glasscafé 50m (Naturpralinen), Grocery store 2 km. The red house you see in pictures is also owned by us. If you want to rent both homes, please contact me. The garden and BBQ area are available for both homes.
