We are located at Tagaytay Cityland Prime Residences near Rotonda,ForaMall,Olivarez. There's a lot of nearby Restaurants,mall, convinience store,groceries,atm,massage/spa, pasalubong center and just 4km away to Skyranch and Picnic Grove. Location is very accesible for transportation its located at the center of Tagaytay. Our unit is a spacious studio type.Kids and kids at heart can enjoy our arcade console,netflix, karaoke,free pool access and roofdeck access with breathtaking view of Taal lake. Please note to wear proper swim attire. Guests can also access the roofdeck for free with breathtaking taal volcano/lake view. Pay parking is available at the groundfloor,2ndflood and 3rdfloor for a fee of 60/entry weekdays (mon-thu except holidays) and 80/ENTRY on weekends (fri-sun) and holidays. Please note that parking is first come first serve and we can't reserve a parking for the guests. Parking is payable to the guard upon entry. Other things to note Please read the house rules to avoid penalties. No cigarette smoking in any part of the place but vaping is okay inside my unit. No pets allowed No visitors allowed No hanging of clothes/towels at the balcony.-penalty of 1000php. No early check in and late checkout. Penalty 200/hr Karaoke can be use in an average volume and STRICTLY until 9pm only. Please refrain from loud noise 9pm-7am. Noise complaint has penalty of 1000. Present your ID upon entry (atleast 1 guest) Wear proper swim attire at the pool open from 7am-9pm Closed every thurs and monday. (Please note pool is closed under general maintenance until Jan.3rd week 2026) Note: Only those who are in the guest list will be allowed to enter thank you. Incase the guests exceeds to the number of pax they declared,we will ask them to leave the premises and forfeit their stay. So please declare the correct number of pax to avoid the hassle.😊 Light cooking only is allowed (fry/chicken adobo) Long duration cooking meals are not allowed for our cooker is not designed for it.
