Enjoy a stylish experience! We are just opening up this fabulous townhome in November, 2024. With an open floor plan, you and your traveling companions will have ample space to stretch out in comfort. Your place is centrally located— five minutes or less drive to LCSC, Saint Joe’s Hospital, grocery, gas, and restaurants. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make great meals together. Brand new mattresses on the beds. And a queen sofa sleeper for extra guests. The space Your home away from home hosts two bedrooms--one king bed and two twin beds. The living room has a comfortable queen sofa sleeper for extra guests. The king room has its own bathroom with a large walk-in closet. And there is another guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The living room, dining area, and kitchen is all in one area so you can enjoy all your company together. Watch movies together on our 50" smart TV or play some board games, which are also provided for you. There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room. Park your cars comfortably in the two-car garage with opener. A nice patio deck is outside for enjoying the sunrises/sunsets and having that nice cup of coffee or evening cocktail. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire place. This is the left side of the townhome. There IS enough room for two cars to park in front of the garage as well. Other things to note Because we don't have a fenced yard, we normally wouldn't invite pets to stay. However, we do make exceptions now and then. Please reach out to us if you need accommodations with that. We do charge $50/day per pet. (two pet max)
