Entire House This home offers a private and quiet stay in the heart of Ypsilanti, blocks from downtown and EMU campus, and short drive from Ann Arbor. Facing recreation park and set deep in a garden of irises and peonies, this little house provides peace and quiet without sacrificing proximity to all Ypsilanti has to offer. The house has been recently renovated and updated with brand new appliances, including washer and dryer. The space Guests have access to the entire house including a large front and back yard. There is a lovely park directly across the street with a community pool. This is our only rental property. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. The basement is finished but every thing you will need is located on the ground floor including laundry.
