Guest have access to the entire house including a large front and back yard. There is a lovely park directly across the street with a community pool. Guests have access to the entire home. The basement is finished but every thing you will need is located on the ground floor including laundry. I am available to answer questions through the app anytime. I live a few blocks away from the home in the event any issues arise. The house is located in the Normal Park neighborhood of Ypsilanti. Located just west of Main Street Ypsilanti and moments south from Easter Michigan University's beautiful campus, Normal Park is ideally located with quick access to much of the city's best offerings. I-94 and US-23 are only a short drive away, putting much of southeastern Michigan at your fingertips. Normal Park is filled with a lovely collection of meticulously maintained historic homes. It is a five minute drive to Depot Town and even less to downtown Ypsilanti and Eastern's campus. Downtown Ann Arbor is a 20 min drive. The house has a driveway you can park in and street parking is also available with no restrictions.
