Rental unit in Alexandria

Just 15min to DC, 12min to Airport, historic Old Town Alexandria has so much to offer! This charming spacious 2 bedroom apartment is just a block from King street and is halfway between the waterfront and the subway. Metered parking right in front of the building for easy loading. The private garden and porch is shared with one other apartment. Pets stay for free! Short stays welcome The space The Garden Apt is a ground floor apartment overlooking a patio that is shared with our other Airbnb unit. We are very dog friendly, but please note: if you are traveling with dogs, we have a strict ‘no dogs off leash or unattended’ policy in the patio. This is out of consideration of our other guests and our cleaners. We have decorated this space to celebrate the garden. This unit has a large living room with a pullout sofa-bed (twin) and two bedrooms across the hall from each other. Both have queen size beds, dressers, closets to hang you clothes. The apartment is fully equipped with dishes, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee pot, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, etc. If you are traveling with a small child please let us know if you would like for us to provide a crib, dinner ware and a high chair. Please read 'check-in instructions' before arrival Guest access Guests have access to the entire space and share the yard with the upstairs apartment. Other things to note Parking in front of the apartment is metered and you can stay up to 4 hours. There is free residential parking up to three hours in the next block. Street parking is free overnight from 11pm till 8 am. We have a couple of off site private parking spaces between all of our units. If you would like to reserve it, you must let us know as early as possible. If it's available we will reserve it for you for $10 per night. Pets stay for free!
