The space Spacious house with heated swimming pool open only in July & August – Peace and comfort in the heart of Laon Welcome to our recent, spacious and comfortable house, ideal for a stay with family or friends. | Located in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Laon, you will enjoy a soothing setting close to the forest and the Solitude estate. | ▪щ The space: The house is organized on two levels: • On the ground floor, a fully equipped modern kitchen (hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.) is open to a large bright living room with seating area (sofa, 2 armchairs) and a smart TV with fiber internet. • A hallway leads to a bathroom with a large shower, a double vanity, and an independent toilet. • Upstairs, a landing with storage leads to: • A first bedroom with a double bed and a single bed • A second bedroom with three single beds and a sofa bed ▪щ Outdoor The house opens onto a beautiful terrace thanks to two French doors. You will find a garden furniture, a table for your outdoor dining, all with an unobstructed view of the heated pool (open from June to September depending on the weather) and the forest as a backdrop. ▪щ Amenities nearby Just a few meters away: bakery, tobacco press, pizzeria, small grocery store... everything is within walking distance for a convenient and pleasant stay. ° Other details Secure private parking is available on site. ◇ The accommodation is simple and functional. Some amenities or items may show signs of wear, but we do our best to replace them as needed to enhance guests’ comfort. ◇The price is deliberately adjusted accordingly to remain affordable and in line with the service offered. N.B.: Owner lives nearby & beauty salon next door. Guest access Access to the accommodation is via the gate opening onto a private driveway where you can park 2 cars or 2 trucks. Other things to note An outdoor camera secures the parking lot and pool. Thus, it offers additional security for your property, as well as for the pool when it is open. The pool is available in summer season only AND only for people who are part of the rental. Opening hours: 9:30 a.m. Closing time: 10:00 p.m. The pool is private, it is managed only by the owners. As a result, we apply rules that must be respected.
