Our new and modernly furnished apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is an ensuite. Both bathrooms have a rain shower and toilet. The living area is furnished with a very COMFORTABLE sofa bed, which creates the possibility to use the apartment with 5 or 6 people. The open kitchen is completely furnished. The garden, facing south, offers you sun all day, and a cooling dip in the pool can be taken right in front of the door. The space Casita Philona is located on a gated residence on the outskirts of San Miguel de Salinas. San Miguel de Salinas is a charming, authentic town on the Costa Blanca (South), where you can enjoy stunning views of the salt lakes of Torrevieja and La Mata, where the largest salt production in Europe takes place. The apartment is about 8 km from the coast. Here you will find many beautiful beaches and bays, interspersed with rugged coastlines and cliffs. In the apartment, the spacious living room provides a pleasant atmosphere in the home. The living room, kitchen and dining area are located in 1 room, leaving plenty of room for interaction between guests. Next to the kitchen, there is a walk-in closet where you can store extra groceries, shoes, jackets, etc. Both bedrooms have 2 x a single bed, but these are easy to slide together. Both bedrooms also have spacious wardrobes with hanging and storage areas. The bathrooms both have a rain shower, toilet and sink with storage space for your toiletries. 1 bathroom is en suite. The front garden is south facing and features a dining table and lounge furniture. There are also 2 beach beds available. The swimming pool is almost in front of the door, as well as a small playground. Guest access You rent the entire home, so you can use all the spaces in the home, as well as the common areas in the residence. Other things to note Included in the price is the cleaning. Bed linen can be ordered at €15.00 p.p. These are mandatory. A (bed) linen package consists of the necessary bed linen, 2 large and 2 small towels and a beach towel. We also ask for a deposit of €400.00 when booking and after agreeing to the rental agreement. This will be returned to you after departure and cleaning.
