Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. 7. Please respect check-in and check-out times. 8. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. 9. Please don’t rearrange the furniture. 10. Please wash your dishes and clean up after yourself 11. Please take the trash out before you leave. 12. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. Please be considerate you are in a shared space with others. Cleanliness and noise is important. Thermostat is set to 73-74 degrees to ensure comfortable space for all. Guests staying longer than 28 days are responsible for providing their own toiletries, including toilet paper, body wash, paper towels, and similar personal items. Towels will be changed once per week. Bed linens will be changed every two weeks. If you would like more frequent cleaning or linen services, weekly service is available upon request for an additional cleaning fee. Room Lock out. First lockout free Lock out fee is $10 (emergency lock out 7 pm - 7 am $25 Please do not attempt to unlock or enter the door yourself without the key. You will be responsible for any damages done to door or door frame.
