Welcome, I'm Eva, your hostess. The spacious two-room apartment is located in my single-family home, which I live in with my dogs. It has a separate entrance. The saltwater pool is heated. This, the fenced garden, barbecue and terrace are at your disposal. The apartment has a living/bedroom with double bed, two single beds and a large kitchen-living room. The shower and toilet are separated. A large private sauna is at your disposal. The space Welcome, my name is Eva and I am your hostess. The quiet 80 square meter apartment is located in my single-family home, which I share with my 2 very cuddly dogs Ronja and Fritzi and the cat Hexe. You will be my only guests. The location is very quiet and traffic-free. You will rarely meet other people. Your apartment is south facing and completely separated from my living area. It has a separate entrance, which you can reach directly through the garden. This is completely fenced. The fence has a height of 1.2 meters. On the pool side it is lower. Here you can enjoy absolute tranquility and great privacy and I am sure you will love the unique view of the countryside and the spacious 9 x 4 x 1.5 meter saltwater pool as much as I do. This, the garden, a grill and the terrace are at your disposal. The pool is heated and offers you a temperature of 23-29 degrees from May to mid-September, depending on the weather, and is maintained by me for you. If you don't shy away from cooler temperatures, you can enjoy it until early October. You can enter it directly via the recessed steps or use them to relax with your feet in the water and enjoy a drink. Maybe you also feel like an early morning or night swim. Feel free! The apartment offers you a very spacious living room/bedroom with double bed, large sofa, TV and a very large kitchen-living room on about 80 square meters. From both rooms you can directly access the terrace. One of the two rooms can also be equipped with two single beds, just as you wish, so that nothing stands in the way of a trip for four. The toilet and shower are separated. The shower is right next to the large private sauna, which can accommodate 6 people. So the apartment is a real treat even in the cool season. During this time, enjoy the hiking trails that start right at the front door. I have lovingly and comfortably furnished your accommodation for you, taking special care to ensure that you do not miss anything during the most beautiful time of the year. That's why you'll find bedding and towels, a fully equipped kitchen, board games and books, Wi-Fi, as well as a variety of TV programs and streaming services such as Prime, Netflix, Disney, etc. Should you be missing something, I am usually just a message away to help you or answer your questions. I will be happy to help you with any concerns or special requests. Of course, your four-legged companions are also very welcome. They especially enjoy the garden, the endless, secluded hiking trails and they are of course allowed to swim in the pool. The nearest hiking trail is only 10 meters from your accommodation and leads you 100 meters away to one of the largest, contiguous forest areas of Middle Franconia. Maybe you or your children would like to take Fritzi or Ronja for a walk. Or you don't want to meet them at all, so let me know that too. Enjoy a glass of wine or beer on the terrace in the evening, perhaps with a game or in conversation, you will certainly discover one or the other rabbit or stork. Also various birds of prey and maybe a deer. You will not hear traffic noises here, but the chirping of the birds and the wind in the trees. Enjoy the magnificent nature on the cozy outdoor bed, simply follow your thoughts, watch the sheep or read a book. The Rose Cellar is a 3-minute walk away and has some treats ready for you (seasonal opening). You can park your vehicle directly at the property in a private parking space. Shopping, doctors and pharmacies can be reached in 5 minutes by car. The property is located at the end of a traffic-free road and offers a wonderful view of fields and forests. The Aisch Valley Cycle Path leads to historic cities such as Rothenburg ob der Tauber and Bamberg. Erlangen is 20 minutes and Nuremberg 30 minutes by car. Recreational pools, parks and museums are nearby. In my home, up to 5 dogs are allowed. Please note that from the 3rd dog, I charge a fee of 20 euros per booking and dog for the increased cleaning effort. I look forward to meeting you!
