Fire pit and hot tub are available for guests in the beautiful fenced yard. The space The kitchenette has a full sized refrigerator. Food can be prepared with the microwave, toaster oven, electric fry pan, crockpot, Belgian waffle iron, mini blender or outdoor propane BBQ grill. There is no oven or dishwasher. Bathroom has a 5 foot shower with handheld and stationary shower heads. There is a 2nd TV in the primary bedroom. Dish TV with local and satellite channels available. Guest access Guests have full access to the daylight basement, patio, backyard, fire pit, BBQ and hot tub. There is a full set of stairs to access the property. Other things to note There is a set of stairs outside to get into the yard and the unit. Guests can use side fence to steady themselves but be advised, there is no handrail. If stairs are difficult for you please don't book here. Our boat is parked in the driveway, leaving space for only one car. If there is a 2nd car, parking will be on the street. There isn't room for more than two cars.
