Enjoy the privacy of our cozy apartment, which is surrounded by nature and has a fantastic view of the Flåm Valley and two waterfalls. Nestled in the mountains, the apartment is located in a quiet area of Flåm, just a short 3,5 km from the center. It is perfect for small families, couples, or friends, offering a balance of tranquility and convenience. The space Located on the mountainside, our house offers inspiring views of the mountains and waterfalls from the windows. The outdoor area, a picturesque spot, is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee, especially during the warmer months. We are a welcoming family with two small kids, five years old and one year old. We live on the upper level of the house and rent the ground-floor apartment, so you might sometimes hear the kids playing around. We have a busy schedule, but we also enjoy meeting new people and creating a family-friendly atmosphere for our guests. The apartment, recently renovated with great care, offers a delicate blend of modern comfort and vintage charm. The bedroom features a cozy queen-size bed (150x200), while the living room has a comfortable sofa bed (140x200). We provide fresh bed linen and towels during your stay so you can relax and unwind. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials for short stays, ensuring your comfort and convenience. With floor heating in all rooms, free Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV, we've tried to think of everything to make your stay enjoyable. Our house is located just a short 7-minute drive or taxi ride from Flåm Center. You can also reach us by taking the Flåm Railway to Håreina station, a mere 5-minute journey from Flåm, and walking approximately 400 meters up the hill to reach the house. During your stay, you can also enjoy a scenic 45-50 minute walk through the valley to Flåm center. For outdoor enthusiasts, our location is a paradise. The surrounding area offers a variety of activities to suit every taste. You can explore one of the nearby trails, take a mountain train ride with the Flåm Railway, cycle down the scenic Rallarvegen road, go on a Fjord Safari, visit Undredal village for local cheese tasting or take a leisurely stroll along the fjord in Flåm. The possibilities are endless, and the adventure awaits! Our family looks forward to hosting you and helping you make the most of your stay in Flåm. Guest access The apartment is located on the ground floor of our house and has its own entrance. Outside the apartment is a small garden area/patio where you can enjoy coffee or meals with a fantastic view. Free parking for one car is available for the guests. Other things to note The house is on the mountainside; outdoor stairs are to be used to access the ground-floor apartment from the upper level. Early Check-In / Late Check-Out is on request and subject to availability. Luggage drop-off can be arranged upon request.
