The space With a private entryway you can enjoy exclusive access through a private hallway that leads into a generous double lounge area, complete with sofas, armchairs and a smart TV for your entertainment. Through to the open-plan living space you have a spacious dining area which adjoins a fully equipped kitchen with all modern amenities perfect for gathering with the family or friends. Up onto the first floor you have three comfortable bedrooms, which include a super king, a king and a double bed. There are also three full bathrooms for your convenience. Please note between the 1st and then the 2nd/3rd bedroom are an additional few steps. An added bonus to this property is the private garden, perfect for outdoor dining or unwinding after a day in the city. Guest access This is a 4 bedroom property however 1 bedroom will be locked and out of use. The owners do live in this property when it is not rented therefore some wardrobes will be locked for owners personal belongings. You will however have wardrobe space in each room. Other things to note UPON BOOKING: If you do not have any reviews we will need you to provide more details about yourself (ie. work credentials such as a LinkedIn profile or similar) and the purpose of your stay. EARLY CHECK-IN: A guaranteed early check-in can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge. LATE CHECK OUT: On the day of departure, we kindly ask all guests to vacate the property by 11AM. A guaranteed late check-out can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge. LONGER STAYS: For bookings of 14 nights and longer, complimentary cleaning may be provided.
