Lower House West is situated in Devon’s most southerly village, this lovely period property is a place to relax with the whole family, with a small walled garden at the front, a short walk to the South west coast path, local beaches, the village cafe/ shop and pub. Located away from the village road offering privacy and peace. The space Enter the farmhouse through the walled garden and you will find a lovely, light-filled kitchen dining room to one side of the hall and a comfortable sitting room to the other with a conservatory off it. Stairs lead up to three bedrooms - one king-size with ensuite shower room, one twin bedroom and small adult size bunk beds in the single bedroom - all have views down the valley to the sea . There's also a family bathroom on the first floor. Guest access The house is all yours to use during your stay. Other things to note Please be aware that Lower House West adjoins the next door property which is owned and lived in year round by family members so do respect their peace and privacy by not being overly noisy.
