Nice charming apartment in the heart of the city center. A spacious balcony that is quiet and not overlooked. Equipped with all modern comforts (smart TV, Wi-Fi, Dolce Gusto, kettle, toaster, raclette machine) Board games and books are at your disposal. Close to bakery, supermarket, train station, restaurants (pizzeria, kebab...) and castle. 10 minutes from Nigloland, Lake Orient Forest (beach, leisure, animal park) and the highway. 30 minutes to Troyes and the vineyards. The space Welcome to my fully renovated apartment! Sheets, towels, body wash and shampoo are provided. Coffee (Dolce Gusto pods), tea/herbal tea bags and Nesquik are available. There is a raclette machine and a brand new plancha at your disposal (I would appreciate it if you take care of it). To keep you entertained, I leave you with board games and books. You will have a quiet good time on the unoverlooked balcony. A travel cot is always present in the apartment (for hygiene and safety reasons I do not provide linen for the travel cot).
