Gîte "Callis"

Small stone building, adjoining our house, this cottage is located in a small village, 10 minutes from Ploërmel and all amenities, with quick access to the Nantes to Brest canal and the greenway (bike and hiking). You will also be 35 minutes from the Gulf of Morbihan, Vannes, beaches, but also, close to the forest of Brocéliande, Josselin and its castle, Rochefort en Terre (classified village), La Gacilly, Malestroit... The space This 43 m2 accommodation for 2 people has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room (with TV), a bedroom (with a stone wall) and a shower room, all on wooden floors, and exposed wood framing elements. Guest access The entire cottage and the dedicated outdoor terrace are at your disposal. Access to the cottage and parking is through the courtyard that we will share (which also serves our outbuildings, service entrance and terrace). In terms of transport, a bus stop located a few meters from the house allows you to get to Ploërmel. Other things to note I offer: - stays of a minimum of 3 outside the summer period (with sheets, towels, etc. provided), as well as long-term stays, - reservations of 5 days minimum in July and August only. Before your departure, cleaning must be done; this will allow the next guests to find a clean accommodation. The equipment and products are at your disposal. Mobility lease possible (outside the summer period only, reserved for people in vocational training, higher education, apprenticeship contract, internship, voluntary civic service, professional transfer or temporary assignment as part of professional activity), from 1 to 10 months.
