We love coming to this house to spend the holidays. We feel good because we have taken care of the details and equipped it properly! Outside on the terrace in the evening, we meet with the family to eat and tell each other about our days at the beach, which is wonderful, in front of a glass of fresh myrtle, strictly homemade! In the morning, the view from the balcony of the room on the first floor is beautiful! And now for breakfast with pardule, bread with olives or ricotta! The space THE SPACE The available accommodation is part of a semi-detached housing unit. Being newly built, it offers all the comforts and is cared for in every detail. On the ground floor, there is the kitchen with a living room in a single spacious room, a double bedroom in Sardinian style, a bathroom with a shower, bidet and washing machine. A hallway with a closet space and a spacious under-stair area separate the living area from the sleeping area. The upper floor is accessed by an internal staircase where there is a double bedroom, a smaller bedroom with a double sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower and bidet. The two bedrooms overlook a small terrace. The outdoor spaces are large. The kitchen overlooks a beautiful sheltered terrace, the courtyard is paved and also equipped with tables and chairs. It is also equipped with a sink (very convenient if you want to wash outside or if you cook outside), a barbecue and an outdoor shower. There is no shortage of space to park inside in the green area LOCATION Santadi offers several archaeological sites to visit as well as the Beautiful caves of Is Zuddas. It is in a great location to reach a myriad of beaches, beautiful and world-renowned sites to visit in a day. Starting from Porto Pino (15 minutes), which offers fantastic beaches and dunes (along the road you can see flamingos in the ponds at the foot of the vineyards), passing through Porto Tramazzu or the heart-shaped beach of Tuarredda. Continuing on, you arrive in Chia (40 minutes) with its very long and white beaches. Going west instead, we obviously find the island of San Pietro (45 minutes by ferry), called Carloforte, a beautiful island well known not only for the highly successful television series with Morandi but also for its tuna fishery. In the evening, strolling through its Genoese alleys has something magical. It is very well connected to the mainland from Calasetta and Porto Scuso. Before Calasetta, we find Sant'Antioco (20 minutes), with its fishing port and its beautiful promenade.
