Spacious villa close to nature in Norberg

Spacious and charming villa built in 1880 located in scenic surroundings. After extensive renovation in 2024, there is now a modern kitchen and a new bathroom with shower downstairs. Upstairs, there are two large bedrooms with separate bathrooms. As a guest, you are close to skiing, running and biking trails. Also, only a two minute walk to swimming! Suitable for both one or two families with small or large children. Biking distance to Norberg city center. Cross-country skiing right nearby. The space The house was built in 1880 and was then used as a miner's home for four families. Much of the original charm is preserved, including a wood burning stove in the kitchen and the two staircases to the upper floor that were originally used to reach the apartments on the upper floor. Today, however, the house is used as a "unit" and the two stairwells are only used for storage and to ventilate the two attics (see below). The house has its own garden of about 1000 m2 and is located next to 4 other similar houses in the area. Among other things, snow removal in the winter is handled jointly. The house has a large parking lot that is shared with the other houses on the property. Entrance to the house is from the short side towards the parking lot. Patios in the back and front. Wi-Fi is available. The following can be mentioned about the inside of the house: DOWNSTAIRS Hallway with tiles and clothes hanging. Small laundry room with top-loading washing machine. Charming and newly-renovated IKEA kitchen (renovated in 2024). Oven, microwave, induction hob, hand blender, coffee machine and everything else you need. Refrigerator and freezer. Open living room with large dining table with insert. Accommodates 12 people. Sofa and fireplace. Large extra bedroom with sofa bed for 2 people (160 cm). Next to the extra bedroom, exit at the back and newly-renovated bathroom (renovated 2024) with shower and toilet. UPSTAIRS Upstairs there are two large bedrooms. In bedroom 1 there is a continental bed (160 cm) and a separate bed (120 cm). The room has its own toilet and shower. Door to a so-called cat attic with its own opening window towards one of the stairwells (see above). In the cat attic there are two beds (80 cm each). Bedroom 2 has a continental bed (180 cm). The room has its own toilet and a door to a cat attic. There is a storage shelf and a bed (90 cm). This attic also has an opening window facing a stairwell. Between the bedrooms there is a space with a bed (90 cm) and a small TV. Guest access The wood stove in the kitchen is not to be used. The cat loft in bedroom 2 (the bedroom that does not have a shower) is not to be used and is locked. Other things to note We have tried to differentiate prices to compensate for electricity costs during the winter half-year.
