Located approximately a 15-minute walk (1.4 km) from the beach, on a residential street with varied shops nearby — bars, restaurants, markets and squares. Close to the airport, public transportation and the Exhibition Park, offering great mobility for those who come for tourism or work. The space The suite is spacious, cozy and has access by stairs, with a private and independent entrance. It has a double box bed and a single box bed, comfortably accommodating up to 3 guests. The space has air conditioning, a ceiling fan, Smart TV, minibar, table with two benches for meals, a coat rack, mirror and private bathroom with an electric shower. There is also an outdoor shower, ideal for use after the beach. Extra mattresses are available upon prior request. Guest access Guests will have access to the suite through a private/independent entrance, ensuring greater comfort and freedom during their stay. The independent entrance ensures privacy, while the condominium provides a safe and quiet environment, ideal for rest. During your stay I will be available to assist you whenever necessary, either in person if our schedules coincide or by message. I strive to ensure that your stay is comfortable and peaceful, respecting your privacy. Other things to note The suite has air conditioning, a ceiling fan and a minibar available at no additional cost. Smoking is prohibited in the property; non-compliance implies a fine of R$500, referring to cleaning and deodorization. After 10 p.m., we ask for silence to respect the neighbors. No parties or events allowed. At the end of your stay, we ask that all trash be collected and left in the designated area. Always make sure you have the key in hand when you leave, as the bedroom door handle does not open from the outside. Check-out until 12pm. There is a 15-minute tolerance. Larger delays may result in a fine, as per the listing policy.
