We have made this beautiful property as per our guest's requirements, OUR USP- -It's a Stand alone Property So no disturbance of Any neighbour,guest have full privacy. -its Not Crowded like Lonavala(No traffic Jams,Zero Noice & other Pollution) -No extra charges for caretaker like Utensils wash or other Cleaning) -Lot of Space for roaming & tracking of peth fort is also available nearby It has scenic mountain views, from big windows of all the master bedrooms & living room attached with a big open balcony where guests can chill out. This villa has 3 AC Bedrooms on ground floor & 1 AC bedroom on 1st floor (one room can accommodate 3-4 people) & a big, well ventilated hall (approximately 300 sq ft) with 360° mountain view where people can easily sit together. The best part is that this villa has a big terrace (approx 700 sq ft) with clear sky view where we can arrange a bonfire at night in winters (charges-300 rs.). Our 28 ft long & 5 ft deep big swimming pool with Infinity view can accommodate 12-13 adults & 4-5 kids in the baby pool(10*8 Ft & 2.5 ft deep) This place is also ideal for elderly people as we have 3 bedrooms in ground floor mindfully desinged, keeping in view the physical limitations of senior citizens to climb stairs.
