Self contained apartment situated in a peaceful garden of a family house and backing onto beautiful woodlands. Located on a quiet residential road, 20-25 min walk to the centre of Godalming and access to woodland walks from the back door. The space Relax in the living area, equipped with TV, work space, and kitchenette (preparation space, crockery, fridge, toaster, microwave, and kettle) Enjoy a comfy kingsize bed and spacious bedroom, suitable for 2 guests. Babies and small children (i.e. those in travel beds / cots) also welcome. There is a modern shower room with a baby / toddler bath available to use in the shower. Access to a private patio out the back of the garden room. Guest access Whilst the garden room is separate from the main house (where my husband and I live with our 2 small children and little cocker spaniel), there is a shared driveway and access via our garden. We aim to make the garden room as private as possible during your stay, but do apologise for any unexpected noise or appearances from a stray, excitable dog or child! We ask that you only use the path and grassed section of the garden for access only. There is a private patio area for the garden room to the rear of the property.
