Basic amenities provided (toilet paper, paper towels, etc). Street parking in front of house. Wifi and smart tv with Roku in living room and one bedroom. Second bedroom has work station. Laundry room with stacked washer/dryer. Kitchen has stove, microwave, toaster oven and Kuerig coffee maker. The space Living room/Kitchen/2 Bedrooms each with a queen size bed/bathroom with tub/shower combo/office workspace in 2nd bedroom/washer/dryer/backyard. Guest access Entire house and back yard is accessible for guests. Detached garage in back of property not included. Other things to note Check in/check out times can be altered to accomodate schedules. Please contact me if an alternative checkin/checkout time is needed.
