Our lovingly renovated farmhouse offers a perfect escape for families, nature enthusiasts, and anyone seeking a peaceful holiday on the Isle of Wight. The space Located in the heart of the countryside, our farm is your ideal getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. Enjoy the serene surroundings, take leisurely walks, cycle through picturesque trails, or head to the nearby beaches. Compton Beach, a haven for surfers, is just a 10-15 minute drive away, while Newtown Creek is a mere 5-minute trip. Explore the many walking trails that wind through the stunning landscape, and experience complete seclusion with just one neighbouring property in sight. Our recently renovated farmhouse combines modern comfort with rustic charm, offering accommodation for up to six guests across three beautifully appointed bedrooms: • A cosy double room • A spacious king-size room • A versatile room with two single beds Relax in the inviting living room, featuring a large comfy sofa, a TV, and a log burner perfect for cosy winter nights. The large, well-equipped kitchen and dining area, complete with a breakfast bar, provides everything you need for family meals and entertaining. Step outside to a private, expansive garden where you can enjoy a barbecue, gather around the fire pit, or engage in a friendly game of badminton or volleyball. Inside, stay connected with fast broadband internet, enjoy your favourite shows on the full-size TV with Netflix, or indulge in a selection of board games and books for a quiet evening in. Guest access Our farm is best suited for guests with their own transport, with ample parking available. For those relying on public transport, the nearest bus stop is a 5-minute walk away, with year-round service. Other things to note • A Working Farm: This is an active farm with horses, cats, and farm personnel. While the front of the house has farm activities, the back remains completely private for guests. • Ongoing Renovations: Please note that the stables and barns are not in the best condition yet as they are undergoing renovations to welcome more animals in the future. • House Rules: Parties are not allowed. Pets are welcome outside but are not permitted inside the property.
